California State University, Fullerton is proud to host the 2025 North American Saxophone Alliance Region 2 Conference. Saxophone performers, educators, and enthusiasts from Arizona, California, Colorado, Hawaii, Nevada, New Mexico, and Utah will come together for three days of performances, master classes, lectures, and more. We look forward to welcoming you to our beautiful campus and School of Music, located in north Orange County, California. We are conveniently situated less than an hour's drive from Downtown Los Angeles, under two hours from San Diego, and only fifteen minutes from Disneyland.
The conference will open with the Friday evening concert featuring conductor Dr. Gregory X. Whitmore leading the Pacific Symphony Youth Wind Ensemble and saxophone soloists in concerto performances. Saturday's events will include conference proposal presentations and a second evening concert showcasing saxophone soloists and chamber ensembles from Region 2. Sunday's schedule will include proposal presentations and a closing concert featuring a large saxophone orchestra and chamber groups from Region 2. Regional and national vendors will be present throughout the conference, and proposals for performances, lectures, master classes, and other presentations related to saxophone performance, pedagogy, and research will be accepted. The conference is open to all registered NASA members.
